Championship Fever...Catch It!
 Our Cincinnati
Chapter Championship is now just a month away, Saturay,
June 19 at Weatherwax Golf Course in
Middletown. This is your chance to participate in the
first round of the world's largest women's amateur tournament -- the
EWGA Championship Series.
You can choose
to compete as an individual stroke player or as a member of a
four-person team playing a scramble format. Stroke play is
a flighted competition, so you're competing only against those
at your same skill level. And a "Computation Factor" is calculated
for each scramble team using the HIs of all four teammates.

along with the Official Registration Form is available for download
and review from the ACTIVITIES tab on the Chapter Web
site.

Education-Registration Update
Our 2010 clinics have been filling up quickly and
been a big hit with participants so far! If you haven't yet signed up,
don't miss out on these opportunities to hone you game! The following
clinics are now open for registration:
Playing with a Pro. June 5 at The Mill.
Deadline is May 28
Breaking 100 Clinic & Scramble. July
10 at Meadow Links. Register for clinic and scramble, clinic only
or scramble only. Deadline is July 2.

Chapter Championship: Two Key Deadlines
General
information, the official registration form, along with detailed
rules for stroke and scramble participants, are available on the
ACTIVITIES tab of the Web site. But here are two important
deadlines you should be aware of:
1.You
must have an eligible handicap index and have played at least two
18-hole rounds (or four 9-hole rounds) during our 2010 active
season that are posted by May 31 (to
be effective in the June 1 revision).
2.
Your completed, signed entry form, along
with payment, must be received by June 3. To register, you
must use the official EWGA Championship entry form. The
only payment option is by check; there is no online
registration for this event.
