Call for
Volunteers!  Since professional golf returned to
Cincinnati three years ago as a stop on the LPGA FUTURES Tour, our
Chapter has showed strong support for these young women competing for
their chance to play on the LPGA Tour.
This year,
the Teva Championship arrives at Kings Island the week of June 7...and
they could really use our help to fill many still-open volunteer spots
including...
r Walking scorers: Walk the round
with one player group, recording their scores on a scoresheet. r Standard bearers: Walk the round
with one player group, carrying a 'standard' that shows each player's
current score. r
Marshals: Work as a team
with 2-3 other volunteers at one hole, where you'll help manage gallery
traffic and noise as player groups play the hole. r Caddies: Calling all
husbands, brothers, sons, and guys-next-door! Carry one player's
bag throughout the tournament-start Friday and hope your pro is in
Sunday's final pairing! A variety of other assignments
