Many of us joined EWGA without knowing anyone else in
the membership. But we hope you agree the friendships
we make and the experiences we share continue to return amazing
rewards.
While we
strive to infuse membership with a certain effortlessness, we hope
everyone realizes it does take a fair amount of volunteered time
and talent to keep the Chapter sailing!
We have many
capable members with skills and expertise that would greatly benefit
the Chapter. Certainly, you know at least a few. One of them may be
you!
As our
election season gets underway and we embark on a search for next
year's leaders, please help by submitting
nominations for three officer positions on the 2010 Board of
Directors: president, vice president and treasurer.
You may
nominate any member in good standing, including yourself! Nominations
must be received by July 30.
For descriptions
of these three positions and a nominating form, along with more
information about our election process, please visit our new Election Central
page, accessible from our Web site home page.
