Member Recognition: Prizes for Points

If you haven't been tracking your points throughout the year, now's the time to download a tracking form and return it in time to be celebrated at our Holiday Party as one of our most active, dedicated members.

If you're not sure what we're talking about, it's the Chapter's Member Recognition Program, a system through which members earn points for participating in Chapter activities and for volunteering.

Fall Fling Road Trip

By Kay Pierson

Duckers Lake

The weather was iffy as we loaded our vehicles for the drive to Frankfurt (KY), but clear skies prevailed the weekend of Oct 2-4 and our intra-Chapter "Fall Fling" golf getaway was a huge success!

In EWGA, success always means having a good time and meeting new friends, and that's exactly what happened as eight members of the Cincinnati Chapter and six members of the Columbus chapter met at Ducker's Lake Golf Resort.

Committee Volunteers Needed!

There's no doubt about it, the best way to get the most from your EWGA experience is to become a volunteer leader. And the best way to volunteer is to become a committee member.

As we begin to plan for 2010, opportunities are available on all committees. Our Chaper runs on volunteer power and we need your ideas, talent, enthusiam...and, yes, time!

Explore the possibilities! No obligation. Just contact Leadership Chair Wilma Kumler to get acquainted and see if there's a fit.
